Evascence is an American alternative metal group, originally from Little Rock. It is formed in 1995 by singer Amy Lee (current leader) and the musician Ben Moody (former member). After several independent albums, the group publishes its first studio album, Fallen, at the Label Wind-Up Records in 2003. Fallen has more than 17 million copies sold internationally and helps the group to win two Grammy Awards on Seven Nominations. A year later, Evanescence publishes his first live album, Anywhere go home. In 2006, the group published its second album, The Open Door, which has 5 million copies sold. The composition of the group has changed many times: David Hodges leaving training in 2002, the Moody co-founder in 2003 (in the middle of the tour), the Bassist Will Boyd in 2006, the guitarist John Lecompt and the Rocky Gray drummer.
